Christ is in our midst!

Greg Habib, the father of The Rev. Michael Habib, entered eternal rest from a heart attack on January 18, 2019. Father Michael is pastor of St. Ignatius of Antioch Orthodox Christian Church in Twin Falls, ID. Please remember Gregory Habib in your memorial commemorations.

Greg is survived by his wife, Samia; son, The Rev. Fr. Michael Habib; daughter-in-law, Maria; grandchildren, Maximus and Maura; son, Gabriel Habib; and sister, Katrina (husband, John) Tambouras of New Port Richey, Florida.  

Blessed be the memory of our brother, Greg, worthy of blessedness and eternal memory!

​Funeral arrangements

The Funeral Service for Greg Habib will take place at St. Michael Antiochian Orthodox Church (16643 Vanowen Street; Van Nuys, CA  91406) at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 24, 2019, followed by the Graveside Trisagion at St. Nicholas Memorial Gardens (10621 Victory Blvd., No. Hollywood, 91606), beginning at 1 p.m. A meal of mercy at St. Michael Church (Van Nuys)​ will follow the graveside interment.

Visitation with the family at their home is being scheduled for Saturday, March 2nd, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and following the Forty-day Memorial at St. Michael Church on Sunday, March 3rd, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
